Welcome to the first annual GAYVN Webmaster Retreat. It's a new strategic conference developed with a specific focus on business and technology. The Retreat will provide a quality environment for sharp-minded business people to foster relationships and make valuable connections.

SHOW DELEGATE QUICK FACTS

Q. How much does it cost to register?

A. If you register BEFORE September 25, 2007, registration is complimentary.  If you register AFTER September 25, 2007, the registration cost is $100.


Q. What is the online cutoff date to register for the retreat?

A. October 15, 2007. All other registrations will have to be processed at the registration counters on-site at the show.


Q. What is the online cutoff date to make room reservations?

A. September 15, 2007.


Q. What must I do to cancel my room reservations?

A. Contact the hotel directly.


Q. What if I want to register in person at the event but my flight gets in late at night?

A. Registration will be open for extended hours and re-open in the morning for you to pick up your badge. A badge is not needed to get into the hotel. All seminars, sponsored food functions and evening events require a badge and valid government-issued photo identification could be required at any time.


Q. Will you be mailing me my badge or do I pick it up at show site?

A. We will NOT be mailing badges for this show. All badges must be picked up at registration on show site.


Q. What if I lose my badge while on show site?

A. Badges will not be replaced if lost or stolen. A new badge will have to be purchased at the $100 registration rate. Registration options are available during published registration hours for your convenience.


Q. Do I have to give you my real name?  I don't want it to appear on my badge.

A. We require your real first and last name for identification purposes only. Please put the name you would like to appear on the badge in the “handle field” of the registration form.
